How do I know if the product fits?

Check the Size Guide on the product page to determine your ideal fit for each designer. Use a measuring tape to note your bust, waist, hips, and inseam. For fitted styles, we recommend choosing a size up (e.g., if you usually wear ā€˜M,ā€™ consider ā€˜Lā€™) to ensure comfort.

Order tracking?

Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email and a phone message with the tracking number provided by the shipping company. To track your order, sign in to your account, go to "My Orders," and click "Track Your Order" for detailed tracking information. Additionally, a courier from the shipping company will contact you before delivery. For further assistance, reach out to our Customer Care team.

Return or exchange?

Do you have physical stores, or do you only sell online?

How long does delivery take?

All purchases are delivered via Bosta shipping company. Express delivery within Egypt, arrive within 2 to 3 working days. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email or SMS sent by the shipping company. This allows you to stay updated on your delivery status at any time.
